Newsletter Revamp: Focus is Powerful

Reading Time: ( Word Count: )

I don’t know about you but I’m overwhelmed almost daily with all the stuff I need to get done and learn (because we always need to be learning, right?). And I hear this from authors all the time: I don’t have time OR I don’t know where to start.

Because at the end of the day, you’d rather be writing, right? The words Time to Update on a clock to illustrate the need to improve, renovate, renew or revitalize

Everything is becoming more focused these days, except us. I remember when I had a whole bookcase full of cassettes and albums, now they’re on a tiny device with room to spare and I can take it all everywhere – in a lot of ways our lives are becoming easier – so why shouldn’t your book marketing?

That’s why the AME team has decided to change up our newsletter. Less information = less overwhelming.

But we don’t want to skimp on the marketing tips. So if you’re an information junkie you can still find tons of tips on our blog and social media all week long, but our newsletter will focus on one or two action items and that’s it. Strategies you can manage, bite-sized, snackable content that won’t send you into a tizzy of “I have no time for this!” but instead will help you focus on something you can implement easily to ensure you’re keeping that edge.

If you follow our updated newsletter you’ll be learning a couple new strategies a month that we KNOW will help you find more readers and improve your discoverability – leaving plenty of time for writing.

Easy to consume content that’s helpful and on the lighter side? It’s like a little bit of book promotion heaven in your inbox.

Keep an eye out for the first slimmed down “Book Marketing Alert” coming soon!
