Let Your Book Out of the Closet

Many of the authors I speak to are often less inclined to share their book/publishing endeavors with their employers. Many times it’s prudent to keep this side of your life from a skeptical employer , after all, they might think you’re spending more time weaving your next mystery than you are working on their latest widget. That said, if you do have a supportive employer why not consider doing a book signing or even a lecture/talk on how to get published. For those companies who support their employees passions outside the job this might be a perfect time for you to flex your knowledge base and sign some books in the process.
