Apparently up north, where the winters are long and cold – well, at least in some cases. Minnesota took back its title as most literate U.S. city, edging out Seattle. According to USA Today, Minneapolis, Seattle, Pittsburgh, Denver and Washington, D.C., have been in the top 10 every year. Read about the other literate cities, and note that another cold weather climate, St. Paul, is the city to watch.
