How Literate is Your City?
by: PennyIf you live in Minneapolis or Seattle, you’re at the top of the list – the list of America’s Most Literate Cities of 2008 that is. DC, St. Paul, San Francisco and Atlanta round out the top cities. Criteria for inclusion include a population of 250,000 or more, as well as data on newspaper circulation/readership, Internet accessibility/online habits, magazine and journal circulation, book sales, educational levels and library data. Check out the list and see if your city achieved ranking.
